I wanted to ink over some pencils that were not quite as finished as my usual sample selections. Since I am a huge Lobo fan, this seemed like the perfect page.

Gabriel Guzman

I saw a few of his pages and just thought they looked brilliant. I had to try my hand at them. Once again, a style I've never tried before so it was a learning experience.

Mark Robinson

I got these pencils from the actual penciller. Which is awesome because I was able to get feedback on the inks right away from the person who knew exactly what was intended with the page. These were alot of fun and really pushed me to think in a different direction. Call it an exercise in kinetic inking.

 I thought this was a really striking image and was saving it for when I had some down time. Since I couldn't sleep tonight, I figured it was a perfect time to throw some inks on this to relax. And relax me it did.

Arthur Adams

This has been the most fun I've ever had working on a page. Art Adams has been a hero of mine since I started reading comics and I kind of psyched myself out while I was working on it. Lots of second guessing and such. But once I got through the main portion of the large Wendigo I was feeling a lot more comfortable with things. That's when thing began to flow alot quicker and with more confidence which makes a stonger line.

Adam Kubert

Adam Kubert is a different kind of penciller than I am used to working on. They are very loose and kinetic yet have lots of detail. I have a tendency to be very stiff and super controled with my brush so I really had to loosen up. This was inked mostly with Hunt 102 Crowquill.

Diego Bernard

Here is page one of a graphic novel I am inking. The Pencils are amazing and so much fun to work on. I'm 5 pages in and have finally found my groove. It's just going to get better from here on in.
